SHIPPING

All Australian orders over $100 will be shipped free of charge. All orders under $100 are shipped at a flat rate of $10 per order. All items are shipped within 24 hours but shipping times may vary. Please allow 1-5 business days (includes capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside this may be between 3-7 business days. Shipping cost on all returns are non refundable.

 

RETURNS

All our items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to our customers to ensure a high level of quality control in the garments you purchase from us. In the unlikely event that a faulty item escapes our attention or you've chosen the wrong product, please read through the following.

- Reasons for return of items must be lodged with 7 days of receiving your order.

- We request that you contact us via email immediately after receiving your order.

- Please include the following information in your email

  • Details of the nature of the problem/reason for return

  • Your name

  • Invoice number

  • Product name

  • Request for replacement or exchange

  • Items must be returned in original unused, unopened conditions with labels and tags still intact

- We cannot exchange any items that have been used. If items are not received in their original condition they will be automatically returned to the customer.

- In the event that we agree to an exchange, shipping will not be refunded and items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. Items received outside this period will not be accepted.

- A return authorisation number is required before returning your goods

 

All sale purchases are final and there will be no refunds, credits or exchanges.

 

Due to the limited designs we cannot guarantee that will will have the same stock to exchange to. For this reason any returns will be issued a credit voucher that will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item.

 

Returned items lost or damaged in transit are not the responsibility of Blush & Bronze.

FAULTY ITEMS

We take buying and selling online very seriously. As both a buyer and seller we recognize the amount of risk and trust that goes into each purchase. For this reason all our designs are handmade and quality controlled. If you require more information or would like more pictures on any item please feel free to contact us before you purchase. We will replace the item if it is still available, issue a store credit voucher or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.
Upon receipt of the item, they will undergo a quality review to determine whether you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used to for purchase. We do not refund shipping on purchases and it is up to the buyer to pay return postage. Blush & Bronze is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend that you purchase a method with tracking options available.
