How long will it take to receive my order?
If the item/s you order are in stock, your order will be dispatched the next business day.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once your order has been placed we are unable to guarantee that we can make changes to your order or delivery details, but we will always try!

What do I do if I receive a faulty/incorrect order?
email us straight away. For a faulty item we request that you also include photos of the fault. You can find more information on our return and refund policy in our terms and conditions.
Does Blush & Bronze have a physical store or is it online based only?
Blush & Bronze is an Australia based online store. If you are bride booking wedding makeup with our sister company,
Kylie Edwards Makeup Artistry, we can make arrangements for you to view our collection in-studio, East Maitland NSW. Or we also offer local delivery.
I'd like to pre-order an item? How do pre-orders work?
As each collection is kept small some items are available for pre-order before the release date. We offer this service for anyone wanting to purchase their favourite pieces in advance, as a guarantee. Place order as you normally would adding the desired item to your cart, via the shop page on the Blush & Bronze website.
Full payment is required, and once stock is ready a confirmation email will be sent to you. We are always working closely with our suppliers to get your Blush & Bronze order out to you and you will be kept up to date on the status of your order.
